Dear Mr. Warnock and Ms. Warnock

I want to take this opportunity to inform you of my shopping experience. My wife and I have been
Lexus owners since 1994. We have owned the SC 300, ES 300 and now the RX. I love the cars and
thoroughly enjoy the Lexus standard of service.
Warnock should condider itself extremely fortunate to have in its employ Mr Lenny DeBonis. Lenny has
been working with my wife and myself tirelessly for the past two years. Lenny researched every question
regarding equipment, finacing and availability with hesitation even through at times I believe I probaly asked
the same questions over and over again. He was always exemplary in his responses and attitude. As a direct
result of Mr DeBonis, my wife and I are again extremely satisfied Lexus owners.

Dear Mike,

I live in Tuxedo Park, New York, and, although there is a dealership near my home, I bought my RX 300 at
Warnock Lexus and continue to come to Livingston for service. I have found the men in your service department
to be courteous and helpful. Most especially Ray O'Brien. He is always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
The last time my car came in for service the problem could not be fixed while I was in town and he had someone
deliver my car the next day. This is the type of service I expect from Lexus and it is much appreciated.
